Endometriosis Clarity Forum

Pain. Fertility. Inflammation. Earlier Answers.

When symptoms are dismissed…
When IVF fails without explanation…
When pain is called “normal”…

The search for answers can take years.

Join a panel of leading physicians and patient voices for a grounded, evidence-informed conversation about endometriosis, uterine inflammation, and what earlier clarity can change.

Why This Conversation Matters

Endometriosis affects an estimated 1 in 10 women.

Diagnosis takes an average of 7–10 years.

Some women experience severe pain.
Some women experience infertility.
Some women experience both.
Some women experience neither — and still have the disease.

Inflammation can exist quietly.
Implantation can fail without an obvious cause.
Surgery can be delayed — or performed prematurely.

This forum will bring together multiple clinical perspectives to discuss what is often overlooked  and how earlier insight can shape better conversations between patients and providers.

What We’ll Discuss

This is an educational panel designed to elevate understanding. It is not a promotional webinar.

Topics include:
• Why endometriosis diagnosis is often delayed
• What “silent endometriosis” means clinically
• The impact of uterine inflammation on implantation
• When surgery is indicated — and when it may not be
• How fertility specialists evaluate unexplained IVF failure
• What earlier clarity changes — and the importance of recognizing symptoms

Our goal is a focus on understanding endometriosis, how to advocate for diagnosis and the options around management and treatment.

Meet the Panel

Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeon, OBGYN & Endometriosis Specialist

Dr. Joy Brotherton is a board-certified OB/GYN and advanced minimally invasive gynecologic surgeon specializing in the excision of endometriosis and complex pelvic disease. Through her work with fertility patients, she provides critical surgical insight into endometriosis that is often not visible on imaging and counsels patients daily on diagnosis and treatment options. During this event, she will share the clinical perspective on identifying and managing endometriosis within the fertility journey.

Endometriosis Advocate & Somatic Practitioner

Denie-Shae Martinez brings a powerful patient voice to this conversation, sharing her journey of experiencing endometriosis symptoms beginning at age 15 and finally receiving a diagnosis at 36. As a holistic health advocate and founder of Giving Tree Essentials, Denie-Shae supports others in navigating chronic illness through resilience, self-advocacy, and whole-person care. She joins the event to share her perspective on living with endometriosis and the importance of compassionate, patient-centered support.

Fertility Journey Advocate & Patient Voice

Hannah Sanders shares her personal journey navigating secondary infertility and IVF after trying to conceive for more than two years. After experiencing a failed IVF cycle without answers, further testing revealed endometrial inflammation through the Receptiva test, providing the first explanation for her unexplained infertility and helping guide her next steps in treatment. Through sharing her experience, Hannah hopes to encourage other women to advocate for themselves, pursue deeper testing, and know they are not alone in the fertility journey.

The event is designed for:

Women navigating chronic pelvic pain
Women suspecting endometriosis:
• Those experiencing infertility or IVF challenges
• Patients with recurrent implantation failure
• Individuals told “everything looks normal” but still searching
Providers wanting a broader-evidence-based perspective
